ALL ORDERS TOTALING $250.00 OR MORE WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY

All items are shipped FedEx Ground/Home Delivery or USPS within the continental US. All items are carefully packaged for shipment.

If your item is damaged during shipping, please save the box and all contents so it may be inspected by the shipper. Please notify us immediately if there is damage from shipping. When the damage claim is paid you will be refunded the purchase price including shipping.

Once your item(s) are turned over to the shipper, we are no longer responsible for shipping delays, lost or stolen packages. We purchase insurance for every package that we ship and will do our best to recover the cost for lost or damaged items from the shipper, however delays or losses can occur.

Refunds and Exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Please contact us if you have a problem with your order.

Shipping
Much care is taken in packing your item before shipping to insure it will arrive in perfect condition. We do pack each piece tightly to avoid damages. The size of your item may appear smaller in size when first unpacked due to the need to compress or flatten the components on the item to protect them during shipping. Your item was accurately measured in it’s finished state and the dimensions listed in the product description. Items are measured tip to tip meaning the farthest extending length (i.e. greenery, ferns, berries, stems, ribbons and their tails, etc) and all measurements are approximate. An instruction sheet for unpacking is included with each shipment. Protecting Your Decoration

Caring for your item
Most of our decorative wreaths, garlands and swags may be hung outdoors, but we highly recommend keeping the decoration in a well protected area. Any material exposed to the elements will fade and deteriorate with time. Natural and preserved floral, certain synthetic materials/finishes and most ribbon will have the shortest lifetime outdoors. Silk floral will have the longest lifetime. The more protection you give your decoration the longer it will keep its original beauty and color. Exposure to direct sunlight, rain, snow, humidity, extreme heat, dust and wind will shorten its life. Due to varying weather and climate conditions we cannot guarantee how long your decoration will retain its color or the longevity of the materials used on the decorations.
